Shopify Virtual Assistant: Product Listings, Image Editing and Store Admin

I need an organised virtual assistant to keep my Shopify store tidy and up to date while I focus on products and marketing. The store has around 60 products and we add 5 to 10 new ones a month.

Tasks

• Create and update product listings: titles, descriptions from my notes, variants, prices, tags and collections
• Edit product photos: background removal, colour correction, resizing to Shopify's recommended sizes, simple lifestyle composites in Photoshop or Canva
• Keep inventory counts and supplier spreadsheets in sync, and flag low stock
• Process order changes, address corrections and refund requests following my written procedures
• Set up discount codes, update banners and announcement bars for promotions
• Light research: competitor pricing, trending products, influencer lists

About you

• At least six months of Shopify admin or e-commerce VA experience (please mention the stores)
• Good written English and attention to detail; you will be writing product copy I only lightly edit
• Photoshop or Canva skills with examples of edited product photos
• About 10 hours a week, flexible timing, with a short weekly check-in on Google Meet

Rate: AUD 8 to 9 per hour to start, reviewed after the first month. This is an ongoing role.
